Boat in Turn-Key conditions. Major refit was done this year making this Pershing 76 an unique one! Many major improvements made in the last year among which: 
- Full repainting with official Pershing's Metallic Pearl Grey 
- The engines, generators hydraulic and bilge pumps has been disembarked, the engine room has been repainted 
- Engines and Generator have been overhauled 
- All the pumps have been serviced, all tanks cleaned 
- All external teak renewed 
- New carpets throughout 
- Arneson have been disembarked and fully serviced 
- Old coats of antifouling on the hull were removed and has been applied an anti-osmosis treatment 
- New Throttles MTU
